“I am the Lord who heals you.” — Exodus 15:26
Why I’m Sharing This Healing Testimony
This post is not a promise of a miracle cure. It is not medical advice. And it is not a perfectly executed protocol.
What it is—is a faith-based healing testimony rooted in lived experience, prayer, and supporting the body the way God designed it to function.
Healing, in my experience, is not instant. It is a process—one that requires consistency, humility, obedience, and trust in God.
“I am the Lord who heals you.” — Exodus 15:26
Stage 3 Liver Cancer Diagnosis: When Everything Changed
My ex-fiancé was diagnosed with stage 3 liver cancer, with a ping-pong–sized tumor. After three years of chemotherapy, the cancer continued to progress.
Doctors eventually removed half of his liver, leaving him ineligible for a transplant. That moment marked a turning point. He lost faith in Big Pharma and began seeking a different path—one rooted in faith, nutrition, and the body’s God-given design.
Turning to Natural Healing, Prayer, and God’s Design
Four months after he began intermittent ivermectin use, we met. As someone who has long believed in natural healing, I became determined to support the body instead of attacking it—to create an internal environment where healing could occur.
Everything we did was paired with prayer and discernment.
We were not perfect. We were not rigid. But we were consistent where it mattered most.
What Actually Stayed Consistent (The Healing Foundations)
Before listing everything we used, this matters:
The three most consistent healing practices were:
-
Daily fresh juicing
-
Intermittent fasting
-
Prayer
Everything else supported these foundations.
In just 10 months, his cancer and tumor were completely gone.
All glory goes to God! Praise the Lord, Yahweh!
Juicing for Cancer Support: The One Non-Negotiable
Juicing was the only protocol he stayed consistent with—and I believe this consistency was critical.
Why it worked:
I made large batches every two weeks
He simply drank one 18oz bottle per day
Our Daily Routine
First meal: lunch
Second meal: dinner
No food again until lunch the next day
Every morning during the fasting window:
-
18 oz fresh juice
-
Yogurt for gut support
One thing to remember is that intermittent fasting is flexible. There is no one-size-fits-all schedule. Some people naturally prefer skipping breakfast and eating lunch and dinner, while others feel their best eating breakfast and lunch and fasting in the evening. My mom, for example, loves breakfast foods and preferred having breakfast and lunch as her two meals each day while doing her fasting and juicing in the evenings. The goal isn't to follow someone else's exact schedule—it's to create a fasting window that works for your lifestyle and helps you consistently give your body a break from constant digestion. Find a rhythm that feels sustainable and enjoyable for you.
Biblical & Scientific Benefits to Fasting & Juicing
"This kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting." — Matthew 17:21
One of the most powerful lessons I learned during this journey is that fasting has both biblical and practical benefits. Throughout the Bible, fasting was used to seek God, gain wisdom, strengthen faith, and prepare for breakthrough. Jesus Himself fasted, and Scripture repeatedly points to fasting as a powerful spiritual discipline.
At the same time, there is growing scientific interest in the benefits of giving the body a break from constant digestion. Fasting may support the body's natural repair processes, while fresh juices provide a concentrated source of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Together, fasting and juicing is an intentional way for us to nourish our bodies while creating space for God to work in our hearts.
I don't believe healing comes from any one food, supplement, or protocol. I believe our bodies were wonderfully designed by God, and when we combine wise stewardship with prayer, faith, and patience, we create an environment where healing and restoration can begin.
Juicing Ingredients for Healing & Detox
I made his juices in giant batches where he would have enough juice for two weeks so this is the recipe for a 2 week batch with him having one juice per day but you can tailor it to how you'd like it. Throw a chunk of each item per day for a single daily batch. There's no limit to how much juice you should consume during your daily intermittent fast.
My advice, have as much juice as you want...all the more healing to you! If you're hungry, have another juice. Instead of a juicer that takes out the pulp, you can get a Vitamix blender instead. Unlike a normal blender, it breaks up the pulp so well that the pulp is barely noticeable, which leaves you feeling fuller and you get the added benefits in the pulp. It's whatever works for your preference & budget! And if a Vitamix is out of your budget range, check Facebook marketplace. I just took a peek now and there's about 3 that are around $100 in my area.
Here's my juicing recipe:
- 1 huge bag carrots
- 2 heads broccoli
- 3 large beets
- 2 pineapples
- 1 bag apples
- 1 bag oranges
- 1 bag lemons
- ½ large chunk ginger
- 2 bags celery
- 1 bag spinach or kale
- 1 bunch cilantro and/or parsley
- Sometimes grapefruit
- In summer: ½ watermelon
Bare minimum!!: You definitely NEED at least carrots, broccoli, beets, celery, pineapple. Those are the biggest healing veggies that helps with all illnesses and pineapple helps sweeten everything…plus its a huge immune booster!
👉 Cold-press juicers or Vitamixes matter. Consistency is much easier with quality equipment and takes much less legwork when chopping and processing the veggies!
👉 Pro Tip: I stored juice in airtight glass bottles, and ours lasted up to two weeks refrigerated. If you don’t have airtight bottles, freeze some or make smaller batches.
👉 Research! I highly encourage you to research Pinterest for foods that heal whatever your medical diagnosis or ailment is! Find the foods that heal that particular body part or ailment and eat them a LOT and include them into your juicing routine. This will thoroughly maximize your results! You can find my other blog posts on my Pinterest page and start your search from there.
Supplements & Natural Support Tools We Used
I could make this into a super long post about the benefits of all these supplements. They are so good for healing. If you're curious, I highly reccommend researching Pinterest of the benefits of these...they'll defintely provide a powerhouse for healing!
👉 Pro Tip: Grind the bitter apricot seeds in a coffee grinder and put them into capsules using a capsule filling tray. Do this with the black seed oil as well. Both the apricot seeds and black seed oil do not taste good on its own but I recommend doing it fresh rather than premade into capsules already (in my opinion).
Ivermectin (Personal Experience Only)
He used ivermectin intermittently, not continuously:
-
2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
-
Or 1 month on / 1 month off
⚠️ Disclaimer: I am not a doctor. This is personal experience only. Always use discernment and consult a qualified natropathic professional. We found from our own personal research that it is beneficial to not continually use Ivermectin, but to give the body a break between uses.
Ivermectin is traditionally a parasite cleanse for horses so it's incredibly powerful. You can purchase it over the counter at animal feed stores like Tractor Supply but I don't recommend getting it on Amazon...Just too many knock offs. You can also research alternate parasite cleanses too but I deffinitely highly reccommend doing a parasite cleanse too. Just do your research and make sure you're taking something kills the parasites AND eliminates them from the body with what they call a "binder."
Castor Oil Packs: A Powerful Healing Tool
Castor oil packs were used nightly or as often as possible. I believe castor oil, juicing, fasting, and prayer together made the greatest impact.
Castor oil has been traditionally used for:
- - Tumors & cysts
- - Liver detox
- - Gut repair
- - Wound healing
- - Bone spurs
- - Skin health
👉 Use organic, hexane-free or cold-pressed castor oil in a brown glass bottle. I use the Goodbye Company daily as my lotion now because it's so good for you. I also have a friend who uses Seven Minerals and has good results.
Nightly Tea Ritual for Liver Support
Each night before bed:
This became part of our nightly liver-support routine. We often added naturally flavored herbal teas for taste and relaxation. We love True Honey Teas for that!
Diet Adjustments: Listening to the Body
We didn’t overhaul his entire diet—but we paid attention.
What We Avoided:
-
Fried foods
-
Sugar (sugar feeds cancer)
-
Anything that caused pain
Red meat caused him severe pain—four days of bed rest after one meal. His body simply could not process it after losing half his liver. He is now able to eat red meat since his tumor is gone, but it was horrible on him at the time.
Lesson learned: If something causes pain—remove it immediately.
I learned this firsthand during my fibromyalgia elimination diet (AKA Spectrum Protocol Diet), where healing didn’t truly show up until two months in.
Hydration & Gut Health Support
Adequate water intake was essential
Yogurt supported gut health
👉 Glass water bottles are preferred over plastic to reduce toxic exposure. For Further explanation, check out my post on how I'm removing all toxins from my life.
A Game-Changing Resource
Please research Barbara O’Neill and how the body is designed to heal itself when given the right conditions. She has a YouTube Series: Self Heal by Design that's awesome and so informative! It's a series of 13 1-hour videos on how to literally heal pretty much any disease or ailment you have! I went to one of her week-long seminars on how to heal your body and it was amazing! She also has 2 retreat centers, Living Springs Retreat here in Alabama and Misty Mountain Retreat in Australia, where she guides you & gives personalized treatments!

Final Thoughts on Faith & Healing
This journey included fear, setbacks, and inconsistency—but also faith, perseverance, and hope.
I believe healing could have happened sooner with full consistency. Even so, God healed him in 10 months—what chemotherapy could not do in three years.
