Products & Small-Batch Availability
Many products offered by Sharla’s Wanderlust Adventures are handmade, handcrafted, small-batch, or made to order. Because of this, slight variations in color, texture, scent, appearance, packaging, or other characteristics may occur from one batch to another.
Product availability may change, and some products may be prepared after an order is placed. If an unexpected delay or availability issue affects your order, we will contact you using the information provided with your order.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products and to correct product descriptions, pricing, photographs, or other information when necessary.
Herbal, Tea, Bath & Body Products
Information provided on this website about herbs, teas, essential oils, salves, body oils, bath products, or other wellness products is provided for general educational and informational purposes and is not intended as medical advice.

Orders & Payment
Orders are considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed.
We reserve the right to cancel or refund an order when necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, product unavailability, or circumstances that prevent us from reasonably fulfilling the order.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout when required.
Shipping
Orders will be shipped to the shipping address provided during checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping information is complete and accurate.
Processing times may vary because some of our products are handmade, small-batch, or made to order. Estimated delivery dates are estimates and are not guarantees.
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, carrier delays or disruptions may occur that are outside our control. If you experience a problem with a shipment, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available by appointment at designated public pickup locations.
Please wait until you have received confirmation that your order is ready before traveling to a pickup location. Pickup times and locations must be arranged or selected as instructed during the ordering process.
Returns, Refunds & Order Problems
Because many of our products are consumable, personal-care, handmade, or made to order, we generally cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with an item missing, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and include photographs when applicable. We will review the situation and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
Refunds, replacements, or other resolutions are determined based on the circumstances of each order.
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
Photography, Books & Printed Products
Colors and image appearance may vary somewhat between a digital display and a finished photographic or printed product because of differences in screens, printing processes, papers, inks, materials, and manufacturing.
Some photography or printed products may be produced or fulfilled by third-party printing or fulfillment partners. Their production and shipping times may affect delivery estimates.
